The material is aluminum-type with a high density. The mesh is smooth after welding, polishing, and trimming.

Mesh made of nylon and Teflon

The mesh, made of nylon and Teflon, is securely fastened to the aluminum frame. With excellent compression resistance, solvent resistance, stable physical performance, and slight stretching, it is suitable for long-term use.

Glue that is solvent-poor

Aluminum silkscreens are glued with solvent-poor glue. In order to prevent the mesh from falling off, we used a strong adhesive mesh glue with a high viscosity. Furthermore, once the glue is solidified, it won't turn yellow

User-friendly

The ink is first poured on the mesh, and then it is transferred to the substrate through the mesh of the graphic part by squeezing the blade.

Easily maintained

Afterwards, rinse the frame with water or screen washing agent and store it in a dry location, and it will look brand new. Reusability is long-term.
