The Rockshield 4 from Rockville is the newest addition to our extensive catalog of professional audio equipment. The RockShield 4 features two inches of high-density acoustic foam to block out any ambient noise or vibrations that could compromise your recording. This prototype employs a vertical slot arrangement, which not only increases the foam's surface area but also improves its ability to dampen noise.
The panels are configured in a way that provides defense from both directions. The foam will deflect sounds coming from behind it while absorbing those coming from in front of it.
Putting up an acoustic barrier around the mic helps guide your voice into the recording space and reduces unwanted echo.
Put this somewhere, and you've got yourself a recording studio. As a result, your audio output will be noticeably more transparent and sharp. This shield can be used on a desk or attached to a microphone stand.
