To properly wear the heart rate sensor:

• 1a. Dampen the plastic electrode areas on the back of the strap.
• 1b. If the strap has textile electrodes, wet them by holding them under running water.
• 2. Connect the strap to the sensor. Adjust the strap length so it fits snugly and comfortably around your chest.
• 3. Position the strap just below your chest muscles and fasten the hook to secure it.
• 4. To ensure accurate heart rate readings, make sure the moist electrode areas are firmly pressed against your skin and that the Polar logo on the connector is centered and upright.
