Note:

It is important not to discard the bridge when you receive the violin. It should be installed right in the middle of both F holes.
If the hairs are loose when you receive the bow, don't worry. Use the screw to tighten the frog so that the hair is taut.
The broken part of the bow hair can be cut off, and the bow can be used normally.
The hair should have a slight bounce after being placed on the strings, without touching the stick. Generally, the distance between the low point of the curve and the hair should be about 1/4 inch.
The rosin should be held with your index finger and thumb, and as you tighten up the bow, smear it evenly around the bowstring. Suggested use: rip a trace on rosin first to make it powdery, so that smearing will be quick and even. While smearing, avoid touching the rosin or pad it with a tissue; otherwise, it will become too sticky to clean.
