This tuner has a Chromatic Tuning Capability, meaning that it senses the vibration of the strings through the neck, so it doesn't have to hear the tone. Works well on stage and in noisy places where a standard tuner just won't do.
Backlit screen (red when flat, yellow when sharp, and blue when in tune. Awesome for dark stages!)
Operation is simple and straightforward. (There is a simple, large power button that turns it on and off.)
In normal usage, batteries last about a year. A CR2032 coin battery is included.
