There is a noticeable amount of extra effort put into the design and production of the product's thoughtful details. Both the cone and the dust cap are made of Kevlar-reinforced black pulp paper (the same material used in bulletproof vests). The cone's outer shell was accordion-folded from treated fabric for maximum controllability. The speakers won't blow due to the thorough engineering that also evens out the frequency response. The end result is better sound quality at louder volumes.

Oversized 1.5" high temperature CCAR voice coils are housed in massive 100 oz. magnet motor constructions in these speakers. To eliminate any external motor or vibration noises and provide crystal clear musical response, an extended high tinselsteel basket has been used.
